The Combo

Skit Synopsis

Three Revolutionary War musicians relax at camp. One writes a letter to his mother, but what does he really tell her?

This entertaining skit “sums up” the Revolutionary War. When you need something funny this is the skit. The object is for the audience to guess each event that happens to the three characters. The characters are foolish, but in the end, you can laugh because the soldiers represent the “triumphant force for good.”

Originally written for the 200th USA anniversary and is used in schools and patriotic events across the country.
