Rebecca Locklear will share some local stories and brief historical information from her new book, Exploring the U.S. Life-Saving Service 1878-1915.
Then all participants will learn how surfmen lived and worked together by engaging in games, doing improvisation, singing, reciting poetry, drawing, and working on an art project. It’s all “learning by doing” and much fun!
